Election Law Study Consensus At the July State Board Meeting, it was announced that consensus had been reached in the Election Laws Study. Local League members decided that: Government at all levels should pay for special elections. Private funds should not be solicited or accepted. This consensus has been added to LWV/Hawaii State Program.
