Cheers and Aloha A proclamation of Cheers and Aloha is sent by Board to Vickie Zaleski who is moving to Arizona. Vickie served the State League as treasurer for two terms. Additionally, she has held many positions and done many jobs for the Hawaii County League. She will be missed.
