Home Rule StudyJana Chang and her committee have developed a study-to-consensus calendar which guides them through April 1993. It is not too late to get involved with this intriguing topic. Home rule will be the featured topic during this year's LWVHI Council; the committee also meets with various community leaders regularly as they proceed with the study.
