All State Board members and the presidents of the local Leagues, and one delegate chosen by each local League and a League representative from the Ed Fund are delegates. All members are welcome to attend, however. Members are especially encouraged to attend the luncheon and the afternoon panel discussion. A complete luncheon will be served featuring Chicken Crepes Price will be $9.00 inclusive. See the reservation form in the back of this issue and return with your check to the office by May 8, 1992
The council shall give guidance to the state board on program, methods of work, and budget as submitted by the state board (see the Winter Leo Hana). Council is authorized to change the program upon the recommendation of the board as provided in the bylaws. *Parking in the outrigger garage will be honored, but please car pool.
