Ed Fund Changes Noted Nine members of the corporation which oversee the League of Women Voters of Hawaii Education Fund decide on which grant proposals to handle. Criteria includes the appropriate relation to League program principals and program areas, and to those which maintain the 501 3C tax status of the fund. Five members are chosen by the League's State Board and 4 are chosen by the Ed Fund. This is one place where members of the community can directly help League.
