Small Business Hawaii Joins Forces with LWV/Hawaii in Vacancy StudyWe are very pleased to announce that Small Business Hawaii is underwriting the production and distribution of our forthcoming Facts and Issues on ways to fill legislative seats when they become vacant. It is our hope that the publication will be completed by late spring/early summer. This publication is part of the study adopted at Convention 87. Those working on the publication include Cynthia Ward (Big Island), Sheila Gilbertson (Honolulu), and State Board members Evelyn Bender and Anne Lee. All State League members will receive copies of the Facts and Issues prior to getting the consensus questions. We would like to thank Sam Slom and Small Business Hawaii for their generous support and help.
