Sunday Morning Java ClubDr. Allan F. Saunders was the first speaker in a series of informational programs on government sponsored by the League of Women Voters. His subject was the Balance of Power in our Government. Dr. Saunders is Chairman of the Department of Government at the University of Hawaii. the topic for the second Sunday is Democracy and a Ticket to Freedom, both movies with Miss Evelyn Elliott acting as commentator. Although these two meetings will have passed the time this Bulletin is received, the dates for the remaining programs are March 21 and March 28. On Sunday, March 21, the topic, What the Bill of Eights Means to us Today, will be discussed by Mr. Dan Tuttle. Mrs. Rolf J. Westly will act as commentator for a movie, The Fight for Freedom, which will be shown on March 28. All League Members are most welcome to attend these Sunday morning meetings which are being held on the 2nd. floor of the Armed Services, Y.M.C.A. between 8:30 and 9:45 A.M.
