Recommended Change in Local League By-Laws - March 1954 Now reads: Article VII. Sec. 2. Annual Meeting. An Annual Meeting shall be held between March 1 and April 1, the exact date to be determined by the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting shall Adopt a local Current Agenda for the ensuing year, Elect officers and directors, members of the Nominating Committee. Adopt an adequate budget, and Transact such other business as may properly come before it. Proposed Change Article VII. Sec. 2. Annual reefing. An Annual Meeting shall be held between March 1 and April 30th, the exact date to be determined by the Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting shall Adopt a local Current Agenda for the ensuing year, Elect officers and directors, members of the Nominating Committee. Adopt an adequate budget, and Transact such other business as may properly come before it.
