April 11th & 12th KCC Voter Registration
In an effort to get first-time voters registered, the League has teamed up with Kauai Community College to offer opportunities on campus. Mahalo to KCC students including Linda Sowers & Burma Wilson and to political science professor, Joyce Nakahara, for this campus outreach effort. Students will he registering voters Tuesday April 11 and Wednesday April 12 at two locations on campus: KCC Dining Hall from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: and at the Learning Resource Center from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The March 18 KCC Career Day event registered 16 voters, 14 of whom had never registered before.
