Orientation Meeting for New MembersAn Orientation Meeting for new and prospective members is planned for Saturday July 17, 9 AM to Noon in the League office. This is a social, as well as informative, session in which our participants are able to meet the League leaders. We review all the current programs of Honolulu as well as the State League and urge all to join those areas in which they are most interested. We all know that active members are the backbone of the League. We also try to help participants understand the particular way League operates and the constraints by which we maintain our unique reputation in the community. If any member knows of prospective or interested people, do urge them to attend, or better yet, bring them.
