Development plans are the blueprints for Oahu's future--and the topic for April meetings. At each unit, JoAnn Takehara, of the Neighborhood

Commission staff, will present a slide show on the formulation of the development plans. Following her presentation, members of Neighborhoo Boards will tell how the boards are actually working on the plans. What problems have there been? How much public input has been received?

Do board members feel they are being effective?
