Sources and Uses of City Funds

Speakers will be Mr. Lowell L. Kalapa, Executlve Director of the Tan Foundation of Hawaii
and Mrs. Linda L. Smith, Director of the Department of Finance, City and County of Honolulu

Our speakers will address the three local areas of our study: property tan, user fees and city-state relations.

Members will receive materials relevant to tills subject which Is part of our local study program. An April meeting will provide members the opportunity to provide Input toward consensus In this area.

We will meet and eat, and listen, learn and ask questions
