"Issues at Large" "Ethics in Government", the third program in the television series shown on Oceanic Cable TV channel 20, is being shown during the month of August, The panel discussion of topics such as: the origin, function and jurisdiction of the Ethics Commission over campaigns; ethical-standards for candidates; legislation of ethics; Political action Committees; special interest groups; and post-election nepotism, lobbying and porkbarreling is of timely interest at this time. The panel members are Ian Lind, Executive Director of Common Cause; Daniel J. Wallway, Executive Director of the ethics commission; and Sister Joan Chatfield of the Institute for Religious and Social Change. Leaguer Karen Ahn from the Prosecuting Att'y office is moderator. The half hour program is repeated every Sunday at 6:30 P M. and Friday at 7:30 P.M.
