When Your Dues are Due...The Membership Committee has been working diligently contacting the many members whose dues come due during each month of the year. A letter notifying each member that his/her dues is expiring is mailed out. If no reply is received within a month, a telephone call is made. If there is no response to the call within another month, a letter expressing regret that the member is dropping from League is sent. During this three-month period, free copies of the Aloha Voter are mailed to the member. As you can see, a great deal of time and expense is involved if a member is just forgetful about the renewal of dues. The committee requests that members please renew their dues promptly.
