LWV Education Fund Election, Criminal Justice Projects Planned Through the aegis of the Ed. Fund, the Lt. Governor's office plans to distribute election information on a card to be included with paychecks mailed by banks. Also, a first draft of a proposal for a grant to study the criminal justice system, initiated at the request of the Judiciary, has been circulated for comment. At present, Ed. Fund is seeking a project director.
