Time for Action The Budget Hearings will be coming up soon and then is no provision for a Matron or Social Worker at Halawa Jail. As you know this is a continuing responsibility of the Local Agenda. We will be writing to the councilmen at the May units. If you will not be present at your unit, please take a few minutes and sit down and write to your councilman requesting that provisions be made for these two most important positions.
