Board MeetingsActing President Marion Saunders has called the League Board into two sessions, on April 2nd and on April 9th. First concern at these meetings has been a reevaluation of the working relationships within the League and a look at its total program. Considerable progress has been made in clarifying League functioning and in studying how League jobs can be spread wider and the burden decreased on some officers, notably the President. The new full Board will continue to study League functioning and when definite agreements have been reached they will be issued in the Bulletin. Second chief concern of the Board is the problem -- how can the League expand its membership to be more representative of the community? If you members have ideas on this -- send them in!
