Membership Meeting Congressional Investigation Committees, will be the topic for the February Meeting. Emphasis will be placed on individual liberty. Dr. John Stalker, professor of history and radio-news commentator, will give the general background of Congressional investigation committees. Mr. Matsuo Takabuki, attorney, will talk about the legal aspect of the topic.
