General Membership MeetingA panel discussion on the question "Is Rehabilitation Possible in Jails?" will be the program for the January general membership meeting to be held January 20 at 7:30 P.M. at the YWCA. Mr. Harold A. Jambor, Associate Professor of Social Work, University of Hawaii, will be moderator. Speakers will be Judge Gerald Corbett of the Juvenile Court, and Mr. Willard Boling, Director of Treatment end Training, Oahu Prison. The program has been arranged by the Local Resource Committee studying the City-County Jail, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Kate Kortschak. It is hoped that Deputy Sheriff Akana will also participate in the discussion.
