Membership Meeting Mr. Melvin Conant, Director of the Institute of Pacific Relations will be the speaker at the December meeting. His topic will be "Asian Needs and Aid Programs". Mr. Conant will give an evaluation of the aid programs and will also discuss the social and economic problems of Asia. This is a timely topic in view of the recent request from National for action on the Technical Assistance Program. It is hoped that members will attend this meeting which will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16 at the YWCA.
