Anyone who knows of women who might be interested who live in the Kaimuki area should contact Mrs. Fine. The December Units will be started with an orientation on how a resource committee works. This will be followed by all the information we have been able to gather about minors in the jail. Then we will present the standards for a good jail and see how close our Honolulu jail fits them. Plans are well started for a fifth unit in Kailua in January.
