Did You Know?Did you know the investigation of the leak of the identity of covert CIA operative Valery Plame is over? On April 7, the Washington Post reported that the special prosecutor, Patrick Fitzgerald said he finished his investigation months ago. Fitzgerald said in court documents that by October 2001, "the factual investigation other than the testimony of Miller and Cooper, ... was for all practical purposes complete." Miller and Cooper are reporters threatened with imprisonment for not revealing their confidential sources even though they are not the ones who outed Plame. Robert Novak, who did out Plame, seems to be free and clear. Pearl Johnson
