Hawaii Coalition Against Legalized Gambling The Hawaii Coalition Against Legalized Gambling (HCALG) is gearing up for the 2005 Legislative session. On Monday, November 15, they had a luncheon at the Capitol to meet legislators, especially new legislators, and also to introduce them to our visitors from Nebraska, who were able to defeat casinos there, in spite of heavy pressure from the Gambling Industry.
