Scholarship Contestants Sought The LWV of Kauai County is inviting students from Kaua'i Community College to compete for a $200 scholarship. Any student currently enrolled in higher education is eligible. Political Science instructors at KCC have been very helpful over the years with the selection process. Students are asked to provide a 1-page (300 words) to answer "How can citizens participate in government decision making?"
