Monitoring Efforts Recommended KIUC & PEG Access Non-profit Watch The 2007-2008 board recommends oversight of our electric utility cooperative and any non-profit organizations with annual budget greater than $100,000 that depend upon state-mandated or government funding for more than 50% of their operating budget. Oversight would include reporting on open nominations and standard, fair elections process. Organizations that should be monitored include Kauai Island Utility Coop and the Public, Education and Government (PEG) organization Ho’ike: Community Access TV, Inc.
