Les Ihara Jr., (namely, the Sunshine Law HRS-92) the 2003 board recommends oversight of our utility cooperative and any non-profit organizations with annual budget greater than $100,000 that depend upon state-mandated or government funding for more than 50% of their operating budget. Oversight can include reporting on open nominations and open elections process. Choose your favorite nonprofit and "watch". Bring reports to the League meetings and recommend action.
