Judiciary Study CommitteeThe Judiciary Study Committee is finally ready to begin its exploration of the judicial system in Hawaii and the problems and issues confronting the courts here and nationwide. The first step for us will be to familiarize ourselves with the Hawaii judicial system, the branch of government that is probably the least understood by our citizens. Mr. Michael Broderick, Administrative Director of Courts, has graciously agreed to meet with our committee members to give us an overview of the court system and guidance on how we might most effectively achieve our first goal.
