Rhoda Miller Peace Memorial

On November 18, 1997, a number of Leaguers were among the 80 friends and colleagues who joined together in the Student Services Building on the University of Hawaii campus for the dedication of the Rhoda Miller Peace Memorial, located between Hawaii Hall and the Social Science Building (formerly Porteus Hall). The memorial consists of three wide "V" shaped garden walls that can be used as seating, surrounded by palm trees. Colleagues and family recalled their association with Rhoda regarding her work and community service with the League and other organizations.
