Legislative Hearing Notices Available on Internet In a collaborative outreach effort designed to bring more citizens into the legislative process, the House and Senate are enhancing the state capitol Web site for easier access to legislative hearing notices. Immediately upon committee chairs finalizing hearing notices, the information will be posted on the Internet. Hearing notices may be accessed by contacting the capitol Web site at www.Capitol.hawaii.gov. The hearing notice information available at the Web site includes: committee name and membership; date, time, and location of hearing; and the agenda of the bills or resolutions to be heard, along with their referrals and a brief description of the measures. The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is required to view or print the notices. The software may be downloaded at no charge from the link provided on the hearing notices pages at the Web site.
