New State Board MemberLibby Oshiyama has been appointed to serve on the State League Board of Directors. Oshiyama joined the League when she moved to Hawaii in 1975. Her primary commitment is to children and "the quality of life that will make them healthy, happy and productive." Professionally, Oshiyama has been working towards that end for almost 30 years. She says, "I have oodles of plans and ideas and a long way to go before I sleep."
