Campaign Finances The campaign finance law that passed requires full disclosure of contributions and expenditures prior to each election, contains penalties for non-compliance and defines "contributions and "candidates Those items comply with the LWV position. Other provisions set an overall limit on expenditures and specific limits on media spending and production costs, require continuing reports on deficits and surpluses and establish a five-member commission to administer the law.
