Hawaii County Voter Service We have two objectives--first and foremost is have registrars scattered through residential areas to register voters in their own locale as well as giving time to sit in a shopping area. Second--we hope to have more party precinct participation. Anyone interested in having a real voice in their nominees and platforms should attend precinct meetings. Presently we are using a team of two Leaguers to help, when asked, at the party precinct level. At the community level (P.T.A., etc.) the team is expanded to include a representation of Democrats and Republicans. Our aim is information to the public and more participation by the public.
