Join a Party - Join a Precinct As part of the emphasis on political party participation Mrs. George Simson and Mrs. Donald Davidson met with Richard Pollak, Asst. Editor of the Star-Bulletin, suggesting an editorial urging voters to join a party and take a part in precinct activities. Both Democrat and Republican precincts will be electing officers and delegates to their State Conventions soon. The number of delegates from a precinct is in proportion to its members. The State Conventions choose the delegates to National Conventions where presidential nominees are chosen.
