Little Drops of Water, Little Grains of SandOne Member-At-Large plus another M-A-L may eventually add up to a full-grown mighty league. Women who live outside local league areas may become members at-large of the State league. They are sent national and state Voters and notice of new publications. As individuals they may act on state and national programs as well as help with statewide voters service.
