We Have a Consensus! (Nan Lowers & Marguerite Simson) Action on Election Laws Legislative Workshops (Sue Thorndike) Maui Unit of State League of Women Voters (Marion Saunders) State Convention Human Resources (Lila Grossman) State Board Call to Action

Action on Election Laws Letters have been sent to all county clerks and to the Lieutenant Governor, the officials concerned with elections, telling them of our stands. Newspaper editors have also been informed. The question of military voters may be resolved in this legislative budget session. We will attempt to have lowered residency requirements attached to the bill which is introduced. Nothing would be gained by pushing the other stands in this budget session of the legislature.
