An Evening with Mayor Harry Kim

The third annual joint meeting with AAUW, Kona Branch, will be held on March 14, 7 p.m. at the Activity Room of Kanaloa at Keauhou. For the third year in a row, the guest speaker will be Mayor Harry Kim, with a presentation on County issues and challenges. A question and answer session will follow.

In addition, the Board of Directors of Citizens for Equitable and Responsible Government (CERG) will be present with information about the organization and some of its projects, including re-apportionment.

Directions to the Kanaloa at Keauhou:

From Kailua-Kona, travel south on Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy. to King Kamehameha 111 Road (just above Keauhou); turn right (makai) and follow King Kamehameha Ill Road down the hill, past the Keauhou Shopping Center, straight through the traffic light at Ali'i Drive, to Manukai Road Turn right on Manukai Road and continue until you see the sign and guard gate. Park OUTSIDE the gate (there is usually lots of space) and walk in. The Office and Activity Room are in the first building on the right after you pass the guard gate. Walk through the Office door and go straight back to the Activity Room.
