National Convention The National Convention this year is being held in San Diego from June 13 through 16. Honolulu is allotted 3 voting delegates and as many member-visitors as we wish. The Convention is held infrequently on the West Coast. This year we have the opportunity of less expensive, shorter flight which will enable us to utilize our energies for convention activities rather than drawing the shades and losing the day, hoping our bodies will catch up to the 5 or 6 hour difference in time. The famous old El Corona Hotel will be the Convention site. We hope a contingent of Leaguers can make the trip – so we can finally fill a couple of rows in the Convention Hall - rather than share a row with a larger League. Call the office if you are interested even if its only a desire now.
