Shirley. attorney and past legal counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii, will provide an overview to why educators, parents, service providers and all internet users should be informed about the potential of new laws redefining the on-ramps to the information superhighway. A panel discussion will follow to include Mr. Shirley and:
