Vote CountOur thanks to all the volunteers who worked so faithfully everyday on the Hawaii State FCU election. We had a turnout of 4 persons to 12 persons per day and were able to comfortably complete the election process on time. Good news for vote count volunteers and bad news for League. The Hawaiian Tell election scheduled for March 10 to 29, has been cancelled due to the lack of candidates running for office. this is the third organization that has cancelled for this reason this year. However, we are still on for the Neighborhood Board elections. We will begin on April 7 and work every week day to April 25. We must have at least 10 volunteers per day to complete the work. We Need You! The hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call the office and fit yourself into a time slot. Arlene Ellis |
