KudosOur best wishes to two League members as they undertake the duties of their new positions: Martha Ross as Director of the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women and Beth Byerly, recently appointed to the governor's Advisory Committee on Pesticides. Their expertise is a big plus for League: Martha will be working on issues of domestic violence; Beth will become knowledgeable about the arcane world of water contamination, among other things.
