Environment Committee to Work with Other GroupsCommittee chair Carol Kleppin will hold a meeting of the Environment Committee on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at 5:00 p.m. in the League office. The committee will focus its attention on educating itself on other environmental groups for possible networking and coalition building and will continue to discuss the Waiahole Ditch water issue. Committee members include Tara Hands, who has an extensive volunteer background with other environmental groups, and Suzanne Meisenzahl. Additional members are welcome.
