Committees COUNCIL OBSERVER CORPS The League is re-activating its Council Observation Corps. We need help monitoring committee meetings, public hearings, and council sessions. Because Council proceeding are broadcast live on Channel 22, this task can be done at home or at the Council. Normally committees meet on Tuesday and Wednesday; the full council and public hearing sessions are on Wednesday. For more information and to participate call Lynne Matusow at 531-4260. ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE Do you have an interest in the environment? Do you care about our air and water quality, Hawaii's native species, alternate energy sources, waste, recycling, etc.?
