General Membership Meeting HALE KOA HOTEL SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1992 League's annual program planning meeting will be held at the Hale Koa Hotel at Fort DeRussey on Sunday, December 6. Program planning involves more than adopting new studies to be voted on at the Annual Meeting in April. It also involves reviewing current positions and taking action on them. Committee Chairs will report on their focus for the coming year. These include: Charter Review, Initiative, Planning and Zoning, Schools, Recycling, Transportation, Vote Count and Voter Service. Among other issues will be adopting a new standing Committee on Environmental Protection and Pollution Control, moving the campaign Spending and Ethics study from Honolulu to the State and responding to public concerns.
