Home Rule Committee

The State Home Rule Study Committee met on Saturday, December 7, 1991 to discuss the general scope and direction of the study. Generally, the study will explore the definition and origin of Home Rule and will examine the administration of Home Rule in Hawaii. Members of the State Committee include Chair Jana Chang, Jean Aoki, George Ono, and Jim Koshi.

The next scheduled meeting will be on January 9, 1992. The committee will be assembling a packet of materials to assist the local Leagues in their studies. The materials will be distributed in January.
