Pro-Choice Rally

On Monday, November 4, in Honolulu, Guam Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists vs. Ada will be heard before the U.S. District Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit. This case challenges the Guam statute that outlaws almost all abortions there. It may reach the U.S. Supreme Court as early as the spring of 1992. This is the case that could overturn Roe v. Wade, the historic 1973 case that legalized abortion in the U.S.
