In an informal review of family and friends, while some may favor rapid transit when asked whether they would use it the answer is "no"! That to me is the bottom line. Would shoppers with several packages use it? Would people who have meetings throughout the island use it? Would school children use it? Have these people been asked if they would patronize it?
