July 3, 1991 Ms. Arlene Kim Ellis, President Dear Ms. Ellis: The Hawaii Chapter of the American Planning Association wishes to acknowledge your organization's contribution and efforts to promote what you believe to be good planning by recognizing you with the chapter's Donald Wolbrink Chapter Achievement Award for 1990-1991. We recognize a variety of individuals, organizations and projects for their contributions, excellence and achievements on an annual basis, selecting from a slate of nominees in five categories. The Donald Wolbrink Chapter Achievement Award is an award given to an individual or organization for its exemplary planning related activities that warrant special recognition. This year we will be recognizing the award winners at our annual membership meeting to be held on Friday, July 19 starting at 5 p.m. at the Pacific Club. We hope that you will be able to join the other awardees at the meeting to accept your award on behalf of the League.
