General Membership Meeting Police Sergeant Dave Del Rosario will be the guest speaker for November's General Membership meeting. Sergeant Del Rosario is in charge of Gang Detail for the Honolulu Police Department so we can expect a firsthand account about gang related problems in the community. His presentation will include slides and video. The program is being coordinated by Assistant Chief of Police Chester Hughes who is head of the Administration Bureau. Registration and refreshments will begin at 4:30 and the program will start at 5:00. The meeting is being held in conjunction with AAUW at their headquarters at 1802 Keeaumoku St. on Thursday, November 16. Parking is in the Presbyterian church parking lot next door, or take TheBus number 17 to the corner of Nehoa and Keeaumoku. Betty Rogers Coordinator
