Speakers' Bureau Betty Rogers, Speakers' Bureau chair, reports that she and several Leaguers were kept busy during the pre-election period speaking on campaign issues and election procedures to groups all over the island. Anne Lee, Marian Wilkins, Dee Lum, Astrid Monson, Jerry Hess and Betty responded to the requests ,for speakers from various organizations and groups. Betty served as moderator at two meetings at libraries where Board of Education candidates were given the opportunity to present their positions. Details of these speaking engagements will appear in a future Voter.
