Consensus Meeting on Meeting Basic Human Needs

Leagues all over the nation will be meeting in January to come to some agreement on the positions League will take on the various issues involved in the meeting of basic human needs of our people.

Discussion leaders for the meeting are MBHN Committee members, James Koshi, Betty Rogers, and Jean Aoki.

Please fill out the registration form below and return by January 11 with a check for your breakfast. Those who do not wish to have breakfast may join us at 8:30 a.m. Please indicate your preference below. Those who register for the consensus meeting will receive a copy of the National League's publication,

Meeting Basic Human Needs: A Crisis of Responsibility_ prior to the meeting to

help prepare for the discussion. As mentioned before in the Aloha Voter, several issues of the National Voter contained excellent background articles.

Be sure to re-read these articles in the September/October 1986, November/December 1986, and the April/May 1987 issues.
